Packing slips printed with deliver via PIN (Office 2024 product key or Office 365 credentials) get a 5-digit PIN stored in the database. Customers enter it on the public redeem page and always see the latest key, email, password, and links for that PIN until it expires. The first view sets revealed for tracking. PINs stop working after 7 days from creation. Old PIN rows are removed from the database on a schedule (several days after that window) so the table stays small.
